and مالكيت طلق غير منقول 1. fee simple : An interest in land that, being the broadest property interest allowed by law, endures until the current holder dies without heirs; esp, a ‘fee simple absolute’ which is an estate of indefinite or potentially infinite duration. 2. freehold, freehold estate : (1) A possessory estate held in fee simple, in fee tail, or for term of life (2) the tenure by which such an estate is held. – Also termed freehold interest 3. an estate in land or other real property 4. freehold estate in land (Seisin (Scotch, Sasine; French, Saisine) is the feudal possession of a freehold estate in land.
